The property is a little run down for a 4-star hotel. There were small ants on the table next to the closet even though we didn’t have any food in the room. The bathroom had a small sink where they provided a handful of travel toothbrush/toothpaste sets but no soap. When I asked the front desk for some soap, they gave me a bottle of hand soap that was 3/4 empty and shared between the staff. What kind of hotel doesn’t even provide soap for the bathroom sink? Surely even a bar of soap doesn’t cost much..

- Pictures look deceiving - The Italian shower is made in a way that it will flood the entire apartment, not only the bathroom - The “gym” if we can call it a gym, is pathetic. - Really rude staff. Should clearly not be referenced as an Expedia listing. Does not meet a standard of a budget hotel. Especially when it comes to customer service.

Zimmer sind naja den Umständen entsprechend. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Ab 6-7 Uhr ist schon Bewegung auf dem Gang, so das der Schlaf schon vorbei ist, also sehr hellhörig.
