Large 3 Bed Beach Villa Overlooking Pool With Private Spa. Perfect for families

Imagine waking up to the sounds of tweeting birds and the waves rolling in. Brew a coffee and relax in the balcony or private spa. If you're feeling energetic take a swim in the pool - you could almost dive into it from the bedroom! Or if you're really up for it, take a walk or run along the quiet and secluded beach (you can walk for about 1 hour North in low tides). Includes free WiFi, satellite TV and LED TV. Includes kitchenette but most people prefer to eat out as the restaurants are so good and reasonably priced. The seafood restaurants are fantastic. There is a family run restaurant on-site and they serve Thai and Western food. There are 2 saunas in the main building - one each for men and women. There are 3 swimming pools, one just for kids and another with a jacuzzi section. The gardens are really amazing and beautifully maintained throughout the year.
We highly recommend a car as the villa is about 3km outside the main town of Cha-am. It is right beside the Sofitel Hotel.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and a place to relax and unwind then it is perfect but if you are looking to party and for nightlife then it is not the place for you.

It is usually only busy at weekends when the Thai owners come from Bangkok so midweek you almost have the whole development to yourself.

The gardens are beautiful, there are 3 salt water swimming pools and the beach is practically on your doorstep.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. The villa also includes a coffee maker.

Excellent Villa located within expertly manicured grounds. Gerard is the best host ever! He responded immediately to any inquiry. The patio overlooking the pool and was positively blissful. I stationed myself there for breakfast listening to assorted bird life. What a way to enjoy the day. Stress melted away and peace and tranquility easy and relaxing. Upstairs there’s a full en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has two sets of patio doors opening onto a large patio. The second and third bedrooms are large roomy and clean. Gerard stays in close touch with the office staff, and when one of the AC units needed attention, maintenance appeared, even on a Sunday. There is decent WiFi and TV for quiet evenings. The office staff can arrange laundry service which is inexpensive and well done. We spent several weeks in Gerard’s Villa and are looking forward to returning. The photos are accurate and perhaps don’t necessarily show all the positive features. There is a small kitchen, but abundant take-out food close by. Gerard really has thought of everything & provides lots of useful information.

Clean and quiet :)

We had a lovely two week stay at this villa. Gerard was so above and beyond helpful with the planning, the booking, and quickly answering any and all questions that we had. The villas was cozy and clean, just as expected, and there were not many others staying on the property during our stay...so it was quiet, we had the pool and beach to ourselves. The walk to the ocean is actually a sea wall...we weren't able to get in the water there because the sea was pretty rough. But there is a private small beach with access that was fun and great for the kids to play in the sand. I'm giving 4 stars...There are many stray cats on the property that begged for food any time we tried to lunch outdoors, so be ready for that. Also one window screen was missing so we had many misquitos in the house until we got that taken care of. Gardens and pools were really really nice, and office staff was helpful. Unfortunately the massuse on site was out of town whlie we were there, so we went elsewhere for massages. We didnt rent a car, but it was easy to rent motor bikes and take taxis into town. Great place for some quiet R&R!!! Plenty of room and we'd go back again. :)

Hi Gerard, We have had a great holiday in Cha-am with your villa as our base. It was clean, tidy and large enough for our family of 6 to relax in. The complex was very quiet and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, and the sea too. We drove in to Cha-am town for restaurants and were delighted with the choices available. All mentioned in your literature were very good. Cha-am town was lovely and non-touristy at this time of year, which gave us, we felt, a more real view of a Thai town. We drove out on day trips most days; boat trip in Hua Hin, fishing, local boat temple, forest park. National parks, the bats at sunset; in fact most of what was around we visited. So for an active family who enjoy peace at the ends of the day it was a great spot. Thanks too for returning the shirts we left behind. All the very best, The Thorn family.
