Worst Experience

My Money is not refunded. One of the worst experiences in my life, we checked in to the hotel late at 11Pm and The hotel gave me a room, not the one I booked. then the room is very very hot with no AC not working at all. The reception guys do not speak english, they were trying to help to fix the AC, every half an hour with reset and checking but didn't work. the room is as hot as an oven, you cannot even sit in it. not possible to sleep at all. although the weather outside in October was nice, but the room is very very hot and AC is working like heater only. after multiply tials by hotel reception guy, I asked for any different room to spend the night. but he sait it was fully occupied and the only thing is to refund. we left in the middle of the night at 3am at night having no place to sleep with all my bags and luggage, and looking for a hotel in the middle of the night. until today in decebmer, I keep chasing the hotel to refund my money for 2 nights that I reserved. but they keep telling tomorrow will talk to the accounts. no worries you will get refunded tomorrow. they keep saying tomorrow since last 40 days. I want my money back for the 2 nights that I didn't spend on Fri, Oct 25 - Sun, Oct 27

The room we stayed in had very bad ventilation. There was only a small window in the corner and like a water tank in front of the window, blocking the air intake through the window. Since the room was in the corner, no light could enter. We told the lady at the reception that the room was stuffy and unlit, but she said she could help at first, then she said she couldn't change the room. My friend had a problem with not being able to stay in such a closed and stuffy room and I mentioned this. I wish they had mentioned that the room didn't get enough light and that the ventilation wasn't sufficient when choosing the room. The design and concept of the hotel was nice, but the room we stayed in for two nights was a complete disaster because we had to lock the door while sleeping at night and we couldn't breathe in the room because we closed the door. The room we stayed in was a dark and stuffy room that is never suitable for renting. Other than that, the staff was helpful and friendly.

Otel çok temiz, çok rahat. Fakat kahvaltıda zeytin peynir yumurta vardı sadece. Sucuk patates meyve vs ekleyebilirlerdi pek maliyetli bir şey değil bunlar. Bir diğer konu otopark yok, yola koyuyorsun aracı. Cumartesi günleri sokağa pazar kuruluyor ve otel bize hiç bilgi vermedi, sabah çıkış yaptık ve aracı pazardan çıkarmamız 3-4 saatimizi aldı. Pazarcıların tezgahlarını kaldırtarak ve park edilmiş kamyonların sahiplerini arayarak uzun uğraş verdik. Bunlar dışında gerçekten odalardaki eşyalar çok kaliteli, günlük havlu ve çarşaflar değişiyor, havuzu çok temiz. Sessiz sakin diyemem çünkü çocuklu aileler alınıyor ve fazlasıyla ses vardı.
