Appartement non terminé …

Il est probable qu’une fois terminé cet appartement soit très agréable à vivre cependant notre expérience récente ne le fut pas vraiment. En effet, le jour de l’arrivée, l’hôte ne nous attendait pas à cette date, l’hébergement n’était donc pas prêt. Les draps furent changés mais la poussière et autre non faite, insectes morts sur les sols, toiles d’araignées, vaisselle sale etc… L’annonce présente de nombreuses commodités qui se sont avérées inexistantes : la wifi ne fonctionnait pas, le micro-ondes non plus et ni la télévision. Aussi, l’annonce faisait l’éloge d’un grand exterieur et d’une terrasse, à notre arrivée les travaux devaient débuter pour la construire… et la jardin était en chantier. Nous avons donc eu le plaisir de subir les travaux durant notre séjour. Aussi à de nombreux endroits, les fils électriques dépassaient, pas de luminaire dans la petite chambre à l’étage. Communication avec l’hôte seulement par sms, les appels et messages vocaux sont non retournés. Nous sommes persuadées qu’une fois terminé l’endroit aura le potentiel décrit dans l’annonce. Cependant, il nous a semblé inadmissible de louer en l’état actuel! Ce n’est pas insalubre mais pas habitable pour des standards de réservations de ce type surtout pour le prix excessif!!! Le fait de ne pas pouvoir ajouter de photo rend le commentaire simplement négatif, mais nous avons des photos comme preuves. En espérant que cette mauvaise expérience permette de changer et permettre à l’hôte de rectifier cela.
