Reviewer Comments:
Fair, had trouble locating rental. New area and mobile app did not recognize location. Had to call after hour number. Spoke to Kevin who was very very helpful. After about forty minutes finally arrived at location. He even unlocked the door. Called to get instructions on when ending rental and another man was rude. He said sent info to us but I informed him we did not receive it. Was then sent to our email. He was very abrupt!!!! Don’t remember his name. Also had trouble locking and unlocking our door. Told him and he offered no help. Called after hours again and Kevin helped us. The villa was clean and very well equipped with what we needed. Enjoyed the neighbors and all the activities at the Villages.
