With views to die for and unique siting that affords awesome views and maximum privacy, Gulfside Sunrise is ready for your vacation. We have beautiful East (Sunrise) and South (Gulf) views and cool summer breezes that can be enjoyed from our private well furnished balcony, fully appointed living/dining room, or natural beach below. You can even enjoy year-round sunrises from the comfort of the king size bed in the master suite.

Excellent opportunities to enjoy all things island life, such as world-class fishing, sailing, hiking, kayaking and island-hopping. Experience Cedar Key's downtown scene and enjoy unique shopping and dining!

Don't miss the "Changing of the Guard" of the night and day birds. Oftentimes you'll see pelicans fly so close to the deck that you feel that you could reach up and touch them... Eagles, osprey, oystercatchers, roseate spoonbills, white pelicans, ibises and skimmers by the hundreds, all kinds of hawks, herons etc., (the list is too numerous to mention). It's not called Florida's "Nature Coast" for nothing. If you are not a birdwatcher when you arrive, you will be when you leave!

The unit is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs! It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a king sized bed in the master and a queen sized bed in the guest room. Fenimore Mill is conveniently located just one block to the city park and only a few blocks from the marina. There is plenty of boat/trailer parking available onsite within the condo community! Fenimore Mill is private and quiet, but just a short walk to local shops and restaurants. The community boasts a private fishing dock, private beach space which is perfect for launching kayaks, community pool, community hot tub, fish cleaning station, and green space with grilling area.

Excellent mini vacation!

We have stayed at Old Fenimore many times and all have been great but this time it was superb. The unit is large and welll appointed with comfortable attractive furnishings, up to date appliances and spotlessly cleaned. We LOVED this condo and will be coming back as often as we seek a get away. Simply can't say enough good things. Even the incredible thunderstorm was fabuous!
The late evening thunderstorm came from the east and put on a splendid lightning show. .Was thrilled to get a photo!
Before the storm, a Roseate Spoonbill was diligent in sweeping the water below our condo, harvesting dinner.
Thrilled to have gotten a couple of photos of this Roseate Spoonbill from our third floor deck.
Later morning, pelicans were preening in great glory around the boat slip on Dock Street. Lov
