It's a Studio apartment, it's too small for 3 adults. I paid for one bedroom apartment not a Studio apartment. The room is lack of pillows, blankets, toilet paper and towels. Using the shower water is all over the floor. I stayed with other Condominiums, this is terrible, especially with 3 adults. I should be compensated.

Communication was not good. Received an email that I would be notified of check in instructions 48 hours ahead. The day before check in I inquired. Then I received an email stating 24 hours. I believe it was 2 hours prior to check in that I had to write again. I was instructed " get the key from the guard ". No one at the desk knew anything ??? After several phone calls from the staff to the host I find out the key is in the mail box. Upon check out I waited until 2 hours prior to ask how to check out and received a message that I would receive instructions 24 hours in advance ??? I left the key in the mailbox and sent a message. Room was small but okay. Found roaches in the bathroom. Room needs to be treated for insects. I extended my stay another 5 days and never received any information from host. Host needs to do a better job of communicating with guests.

Everything was good, except for the noisy neighbor, and no hot water. Also it would have been nice if a microwave oven was there. One other thing, I thought it was a one bedroom condo, when in actuality it was a studio. Aside from everthing, it was a good place.

Inconvenience for us , it’s stated 1 bedroom , but it’s studio . With my very sick sister we dragging her very upsetting. Left the place next day . Supposedly a 9 days stay . Leaking bathroom. Please don’t let your place rented unless you fix your bathroom . Misleading , disgusting place . We got different condo from different place .
