Unique rental property. The house and entrance are independent from the large adjoining farmhouse (inhabited by my mother, father and me). Gardens, terrace, changing barbecue, patio for exclusive use. Non-infinity pool 8.5 x 6.5. Height 150 cm. Free covered parking 7 meters from the country house. Distance from Gaiole in Chianti 15 km. Distance from Radda in Chianti 25 km. The country house is located in an excellent position to visit Chianti, Val d'Orcia, Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia. SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM 01/05/2022 TO 15/10/2022 (weather permitting).
