Semi-detached house on two levels with independent entrance; spacious and comfortable rooms, ideal for families and/or friends who like sport but also tranquility. The wooden stairs and the wood finish to the large attic room give it a warm and welcoming feel, in harmony with its pre-Alpine environment.
It is situated in Brusino – Cavedine, a small village in the Valle dei Laghi between Lake Garda and the city of Trento, at the foot of Mt Bondone, an area with numerous medieval castles and Alpine lakes.
An ideal destination for relaxation and for lovers of sports and outdoor activities. In the surrounding areas you can enjoy mountain walking, rock climbing, windsurfing and paragliding. The route of the legendary Charly Gaul cycle race, Granfondo World Series passes through Cavedine and Brusino before climbing Mt Bondone.

DESCRIPTION OF HOUSE

Our guests will find:
On the ground floor: a comfortable kitchen, a utility room, WC, and a large living-room
On the first floor: two bedrooms: one double, and an attic room with 3 single beds, a bathroom with shower, bath, WC and bidet.
In the basement: a garage (for small cars) which can also be used as a store for bikes and/or sports equipment.
Outdoor parking space in front of the private entrance.
