Freshly renovated apartment in a contemporary mountain style located in the heart of the village (16 avenue du Général LECLERC), on the first floor with elevator, west exposure without balcony, close to all shops with a private parking space, secured by an electric gate, in the basement of the residence. Ideal family with children or two couples. Bath mat and bathroom linen provided in the service. Cot, high chair and baby bath consult us. Wifi access included
The apartment has a total area of 42 square meters ideally placed, once the car is parked in your parking lot, you are near the thermal baths or the ski lift. It has two comfortable bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm twin beds that you can approach or not according to your wishes (child or couple).
It is equipped with all the necessary equipment for the kitchen (pressure cooker, large oven, microwave, electric kettle, citrus press, raclette machine ...) dishwasher normal coffee maker (paper filter) and a DOLCE type espresso machine GUSTO. On a daily basis, you can count on a hair dryer, a hair straightener for these ladies. It is also equipped with a washing machine installed in June 2017. You also have an iron and ironing board, as well as a Bluetooth speaker that will enhance your family home evening. Internet connection (live box and orange TV decoder in ADSL) I made sure that you have the same services as at home ....
The price of the apartment to enjoy the weekend is 105 euros per night. During the week except during school holidays minimum 4 nights. We live in Cauterets, so we are on site in case of problems or other.
The residence where the accommodation is located is located in the heart of downtown avenue du Général Leclerc. In this avenue there are all the shops (2 grocery stores 1 bakery, sports shops and ski rental, it is located just opposite from the Aladin gallery and next to the medical office. If you are looking for a rental in the city center I think that this is a suitable choice in my opinion..THE STAY TAX INCLUDED.
