- It is surrounded by a farm of more than one hectare of land, with a garden, meadow with fruit trees, prepared with barbecue and outdoor patio.
It consists of two double rooms with their own bathroom, a double room, a single room, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, washing machine, digital ceramic hob and small appliances.

It is located in the town of Pillarno, which has a privileged situation to move to any point in Asturias without making major trips. It belongs to the municipality of Castrillón, also known as "the municipality of the seven beaches", due to its many kilometers of sand and sea: Salinas, Santa María del Mar, San Juan, Bayas, Arnao, El Sablón, etc., and six kilometers from the Asturian Central Coast. Nestled in a valley, its vegetation is green and lush. An ideal place to rest.

BUENISIMA SEMANA

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. El lugar es muy bonito en la montaña y cerca de las playas en coche. El dueño de la casa Ramon, un tio muy majo que te ayuda en lo que necesites. la unica pega, las almohadas de las camas de matrimonio que son rompecuellos.....yo las pondria individuales y menos gordas. Lo digo como critica constructiva. Lo hemos pasado bomba con la barbacoa. Esperamos repetir.

Buena ubicación

Hemos pasado unas excelentes vacaciones en esta zona de Asturias con nuestra perrita. Lo mejor de la casa es su buena ubicación , cerca de la mejor playa de perros de España y de muchos lugares preciosos. Un inconveniente importante es la poca cobertura de móvil y la baja calidad del wifi. La casa esta bien pero necesitaría ys algunas reformas, sobre todo de las duchas y de los sofas del salón. El jardín esta muy bien pero es una pena que no esté vallado, para poder estar mas tranquilos sin preocuparse por si la perrita se escapa. Ramón muy atento y amable.

La casa está muy bien, Ramon es muy atento, está pendiente de cualquier cosa que sus huéspedes puedan necesitar y te aconseja sobre sitios que visitar, la única peguilla es que no hay cobertura en la casa pero por lo demás todo muy bien

Respecto al alojamiento tiene todo lo prometido, añadiendo el WiFi, creíamos que no tenía y fue una grata sorpresa cuando Ramón nos dijo que si habría. Hemos estado cómodos, la ubicación es bastante buena, con buen acceso y un pueblo a 7 min con todos los servicios. Un gran acierto alojarnos aquí y planeando nuevas escapadas contando con alojarnos de nuevo con Ramón.

Un sitio muy tranquilo. La descripción se correspondía con lo que nos encontramos. Un punto negativo fue la conectividad: dentro de la casa no había cobertura móvil ni tampoco tenía Wi-Fi.
