Open plan kitchen/living/dining room created from the old hayloft, leading out onto large terrace with dining and lounging seating areas. Far-reaching views over the vinyards, gardens and pool area. Bedroom airconditioning. Accessible from both the rear parking area and the south facing garden and pool area. Impressively equipped kitchen, 2 fridges and 2 freezers. Double oven and microwave. Various options for making coffee. Large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Charcoal BBQ on terrace. Electric sunblinds. Outdoor lighting. Large fenced pool 12x6m with summer isothermic cover to maintain water temperature (open early may to end of September). Secure enclosed large well-maintained garden.
