It is arranged on 2 comfortable staggered levels and is composed of two large living rooms (one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine floor), a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms one of which with private bathroom, 1 single bedroom with bathroom for common use, a room used as a gym equipped with laundry.
From both levels you can access the outdoor area characterized by privacy and tranquility.
The rooms reveal a simple and traditional style. In a balance between colors, comfort and well-being, you will find a family atmosphere.
It is surrounded by a beautiful terraced garden dominated by olive trees, plants, flowers and aromatic herbs. You will enjoy the swimming pool, with a breathtaking view over the valley and the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, wi-fi and a fridge always at your disposal, and where your children can have fun with games in more than one place.
