The windowed bathroom offers a shower cabin, washbasin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, TV (no satellite) and a covered parking space within the property complete the comfort.



The heart of the residence is the splendid 17-metre-long swimming pool, enhanced by a hydromassage area and a bar zone, ideal for moments of relaxation or for preparing breakfast outdoors. Nearby, a refined bathroom with shower and changing room offers additional practicality.



The garden, carefully curated in every detail, is an oasis of elegance: stylishly furnished, it includes a barbecue available to guests, who can choose to dine in the apartment, by the pool or on the panoramic covered terrace.



For those wishing to enrich their stay with wellness and vitality, a fully equipped gym and a Turkish bath are available; exclusive massages can be booked upon request.
