Die Wohnung war sehr charmant, blieb auch in größerer August-Hitze nachts angenehm kühl. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, besonders den abendlichen Blick in den Sternenhimmel. Vielen Dank auch für die Gastfreundschaft und die freundliche Hilfe bei der Abreise!

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt
Eine traumhafte Lage mit ganz viel Natur und Ruhe! Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und hat einen ganz besonderen Charme! Bei Problemen reicht eine kurze Nachricht und das Problem wird schnell behoben! Einfach klasse! Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Poggiarello und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne Lage, wunderschöner Pool
Wir waren eine Woche mit Freunden (auch eine junge Familie mit Kleinkindern) zu Gast in diesem schönen Haus.
Anreise/ Ankunft: Die Lage ist abgeschieden im positiven Sinne, nah genug an Siena, weit genug auf einem Hügel für Ruhe. Es ist von der Autobahn ab noch ein ganzes Stück zu fahren, die Strecke ist aber sehr abwechslungsreich und hat Spass gemacht, weil sich die Landschaft immer wieder verändert.
Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war gut gelöst, Infos haben wir vorab per Mail erhalten. zur Begrüßung stand sogar eine Flasche Wein für uns bereit, eine nette Geste.
Wohnung/ Ausstattung:
Die Aussicht von der Terrasse der unteren Wohnung war atemberaubend schön, bei jedem Wetter. Durch die Solaranlage und eine zuschaltbare Gastherme kann man die mit typischen Steinböden ausgestattete Wohnung mummelig aufheizen falls erforderlich, Hausschuhe einpacken. Für unseren Aufenthalt Ende September war es kältetechnisch fast soweit, dass wir die Heizung gebraucht hätten, auch wenn es tagsüber warm war. Decken und Kissen gibt es genug, die Fenster schliessen gut und sicher (Stangen, Riegel) ist es dort auch.
Ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl wurden netterweise vom Vermieter gestellt. Küche, Bad und auch die Schlafzimmer sind von der Ausstattung in Ordnung, es gibt einen sehr schönen Kaminofen (den wir leider nicht benutzt haben). Highlight ist eindeutig die Aussicht, sehr malerisch und einfach schön sowie der sehr gepflegte Pool mit Liegen. Das HAus liegt in Alleinlage, herrlich ruhig, nicht wirklich leicht zu finden, aber in einer guten Lage mit Restaurants in der Nähe. Der gepflegte Garten hielt als Überraschung sogar noch Feigenbäume mit reifen, süßen Früchten für uns bereit (zum Frühtsück!). Ein VErwalter kann bei Problemen auch schnell Abhilfe schaffen.
Vermieter:
Der Vermieter war sehr liebevoll bei der Buchung und auch bei Rückfragen, er ist Deutscher und kümmert sich sehr um sein Haus, das er in Ferienzeiten auch selbst bewohnt. die Obere Wohnung ist wesentlich größer und noch mehr modern eingerichtet.
Wir waren sehr gerne dort und können es gerade jungen Familien empfehlen (trotz bzw. gerade wegen des Pools); auch für Paare geeignet, die die wunderschöne Gegend erkunden wollen und einfach abends die Zeit bis SOnnenuntergang auf der Terrasse verdient geniessen.
