On the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a bright living-dining room, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped.
You will also find three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.
Upper Floor:
Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms, including a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, respectively. An additional bathroom with a shower is also available.
Comfort and Equipment:
The villa is designed to offer maximum comfort: reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms (except one of the downstairs bedrooms), oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, WIFI and television in the living room and in one of the ground floor bedrooms. In addition, it is possible to park up to four cars on the plot.
Mooring and Nautical Activities:
Take advantage of the 11-metre mooring and a platform for three jetskis, perfect for boating enthusiasts wishing to rent a boat during their stay.
