Empuria Brava

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz. Sauber und in der Küche ist alles was man für ein leckeres Essen brauch. Hunde freundlicher Garten und läd zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage ist zentral gelegen, ein paar Minuten bis zur Passage und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch in der nähe. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Umgebung.

schönes Objekt, die Verbesserungen dauern aber viel zu lange

Wir waren nach 2019 nun nach 4 Jahren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Objekt und es hat uns nach wie vor gut gefallen. Leider haben sich ein paar Sachen noch nicht geändert (unteres Bad stinkt nach wie vor wegen evtl. vorhandener Sickergrube). Da dort viele Familien mit Hunden mieten, sollte man über einen Sichtschutz an den Toren nachdenken, je nach Hund Sichtschutz mitnehmen. Das Tor zur Einfahrt auf das Grundstück lässt sich nicht öffnen, da sich Steine verzogen haben und das Tor daran hindern, sich öffnen zu lassen. Vor der Einfahrt liegt eine gebrochene Platte viel zu hoch. Nach wie vor kein W-LAN, was nicht zeitgemäß ist. Man bekommt aber einen Router, der angeblich mit 100 GB aufgeladen ist, was bei 2 Teenagern und 2 Wochen Aufenthalt schon sehr knapp werden kann. Ein Liegestuhl ist defekt, dafür gibt es einen Gasgrill, eine Waschmaschine und eine sehr angenehme Kühl-Gefrierkombi, 2 Klimaanlagen (Wohnzimmer unten und Schlafzimmer oben). Für die Personenanzahl viel zu kleine Kaffeemaschine. Selbst das Loch auf der Terrasse, was es bereits vor 4 Jahren gab, wurde noch nicht behoben. Nicht falsch verstehen, wir kommen mit der bestehenden Situation gut klar und werden gerne wiederkommen. Aber wenn man sich Mühe gibt, kann man mit einigen kleineren Investitionen und wenigen Handgriffen das ganze Anwesen richtig schön gestalten.

Propreté négligée. Meubles vieillots maison calée dans les années 80. Murs intérieurs sales. Pas de piles dans la télécommande climatisation. Boutons de placards à moitié démontés. Verrou de salle de bain cassé. Vaisselle dépareillée pas un verre identique et surtout pas pour 8 comme indiqué. Pas d'essoreuse de salade. Couvertures de lits tachées. Bref ne vaut pas le prix et surtout le prix du menage qui nous a semblé très mal fait. Sinon maison avec du potentiel et bien placée au calme. Le propriétaire peut largement s'améliorer. Très dommage.

Maison agréable

Maison très bien située : proche de tous commerces, de la plage,... Avec différentes terrasses très agréables, et dans un quartier calme. Dommage que les équipements de la cuisine soient insuffisants (exemple : nous étions 6 pour un logement de 8 et nous avions juste 5 verres...)

Very nice house, some easy to improve points like not able to fix shower head. Strange this was not done upfront though! Loads of mosquito's, continuously 2 or 3 trying to sting when sitting in front of the house. Switch on the gass upfront or put down an how to instruction.

Gute Lage mit schönem Garten

Gute Lage, alles sauber, die Einrichtung ist zum Teil veraltet aber noch brauchbar. Teller und Töpfe sollten erneuert werden. Leider nicht überall Moskitonetze. Sehr schöner Garten. Alles in allem gut und weiter zu empfehlen.
