Good town, bad apartments

The only good things I can say for this apartment: it is very good located, and it is relatively large: normaly one may count on two bedrooms for this price, this apartment has three with total of eight beds. But then comes the following. There is not enough place for eight persons to eat together. It was very dirty. Linen and towels were unusable, we have to wash everything again. Quite a lot of mold and dirt, we have to buy new bath curtains. No WiFi. We were not able to buy it. Kitchen is very cheap equipped. Oven cooks very slow, nearly unusable. Fridge is from Germany and cannot work normally in this climate. No pans. Dishes were not enough clean. Two bedrooms without air conditioning. Grill was very dirty and in addition with pet's hair, unusable. Locks on nearly all windows are broken, so you will need to close awnings every time you leave. Normally we found in apartments something for the first day: some pulver for dishwasher, some filters for coffee etc. Here was absolutely nothing, even no salt in dishwasher. Absolutely no support: they simply stopped answering us when we started to complain. We will definitely visit Empuriabrava once again, but definitely not by this company.

Ontvangt was moeilijk ,omdat de persoon géén Nederlandse taal of Franstalig kende . Enkel ,Spaans ! Het internet , apart te betalen , voldeed niet zoals afgesproken na 1 week hadden we géén internet méér maar hadden voor 2 weken betaald ! Gezien wij géén Engelse taal kende , was het een groot probleem om te praten met de agentschap . het logement was zeer goed ! We denken volgend jaar terug te gaan !
