The apartment is on the first floor. It consists of two large air-conditioned bedrooms, with double or single beds depending on guests\' needs, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower, balconies overlooking Corso Mattarella. The apartment has an area of about 60 square meters, has air conditioning, heating, satellite and digital LCD TV, safe, stainless steel kitchen utensils, emergency lights.



The mansion was built over one hundred years ago and completely renovated in 2010. The apartment has a private entrance and is ideal for accommodating up to five people.



The experience gained in ten years of hospitality towards Italian and foreign tourists allows us to understand the needs of every visitor and we also do the impossible to satisfy them.



Corso Bernardo Mattarella is one of the two most important streets of Castellammare where the Town Hall, the communal garden, the ancient palaces and the most famous buildings of the city are located.

Going on foot through the streets of the center, in perfect relaxation, is one of the things most appreciated by tourists.



The bus stop that connects the center with the beaches, Scopello, the Riserva dello Zingaro and other places, is just 20 meters from our elegant building.



Restaurants, pubs, bars, ice cream parlors and small grocery stores, famous for their quality, are just a few steps away from us and if you want, go down the stairs next to the communal garden and you will immediately reach \"Cala Marina\" where the ancient Arab Norman Castle stands majestically.
