Magnificent villa with swimming pool surrounded by greenery and tranquility, a few minutes from the sea and the Zingaro Nature Reserve and a 2-minute walk from the village of Scopello.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a beautiful sea view, garden and swimming pool.

Immersed in the green countryside, the villa has a large living room that allows you to fully enjoy the light and colors of the sea and the entire surrounding countryside. The living area, open space, includes the living room kitchen with dining table, sofa bed for two people, TV corner and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The living room overlooks the external veranda equipped with table and chairs.
The upper floor is accessed via a stone staircase where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which can be transformed into a comfortable double bed if necessary) and a bathroom with shower.
The rooms are large, bright and facing the sea and swimming pool.

Villa simple avec une vue magnifique et Scopello à portée de pas ! Les vacances comme j'aime, c'est à dire sans stress. Exemple au bout de 2 jours, nous constatons un problème avec le ballon d'eau chaude. Un simple WhatsApp le soir, et le lendemain matin le ballon était changé ! En cas de problème/question Pino et Daniela qui habitent à côté sont très disponibles et serviables. Pino n'hésitera pas à vous donner les légumes Bio de son propre jardin ! Lieu idéal pour visiter Palerme, Zingaro, les iles Egades, Ségeste, Erice, Monreale etc...

schön und ruhig - etwas spartanisch

Der Preis ist vor allem durch die Lage definiert, Ausstattung im Haus (Küche, Möbel) ist eher Durchschnitt, toller Pool, toller Blick, kurzer Weg in den Ort, zu den Stränden gibt allerdings keinen so kurzen Weg (zu Fuss ca. 30min, eher mit Auto), alles etwas sizilianisch zweckmäßig, kein besonderes Flair oder eine persönliche Note, alles in Allem aber ok, die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut und reagierte sofort
