The farmhouse:
Can Gemenut is a fully restored farmhouse that is located 50 meters from the sea and is surrounded by a large and very cozy garden. Its rustic style, its staircase and stone walls and all the luminosity it offers transmit tranquility and a feeling of absolute well-being. All of this, added to the comforts available, such as its barbecue, makes the farmhouse perfect for families and friends who want to enjoy and rest.

The stone staircase is one of the most charming details of our farmhouse, but the garden is what makes it so special: a large space with a barbecue next to a majestic tree that shelters a stone table, perfect to enjoy all the meals.



The farmhouse is located in the heart of Platja d' Aro and it's only 50m away from the beach and the center. The surrounding towns are worth to visit and spend the day. They will be surrounded by incredible beaches and coves such as: Cala Rovira, Cala del Pi, Cala del Paller or Sa Cova.



NOTE: Minimum age to make the reservation = 30 years old



*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).



*Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (failure to comply may result in the non-refund of the deposit).

Property review

The house is in a very good location and is very interesting. However, there are some major problem areas. 1. There is no parking. The property is for larger groups due to its 5 bedrooms so multiple cars are needed. Parking is available in paid public parking about 5 blocks away and costs about 10 to 13 Euros per day. 2. There is no internet. A big problem if you have young adults or teenagers. Most activities require online communication. 3. There are no beach towels, not good if you are 50 meters from the beach. We bought and left 4 towels there. Other than that we liked the property.
