HOUSE FOR 8 PEOPLE 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE BEACH AND WITH GARDEN:
Beautiful house located in the Plaza de la Sardana 5 minutes from the main street where the main shops and services in the area are located. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and the best coves in the area. It consists of a garden where you can spend cool afternoons outdoors. On the ground floor we find the living room with access to the porch and the garden, a shower room, the kitchen with access to the backyard and a double room with two beds.
On the upper floor we find a double room with a double bed, a terrace and a bathroom, two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. It has wifi and fan, unbeatable location. Equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. €1 per person and day up to 7 days from 16 years old.

La maison est très fonctionnelle et idéalement située! À 5 min à pied de magnifiques criques et d'une belle plage. Tout est à proximité : commerce, resto, petite aire de jeux. il n'y a pas de garage dans la maison mais une fois garée plus besoin de voiture pour se déplacer! Le jardin de la maison est très appréciable ! Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour!

Maison bien placée, spacieuse pour 8. Adaptée aux familles ou à un groupe de jeunes, on ne se marche pas dessus, il y a 3 salles de bains / toilettes ce qui est très pratique quand on est nombreux, un petit jardin et une terrasse assez grande pour manger facilement dehors. Lave vaisselle / lave linge / sèche linge fonctionnels, la cuisine est pratique avec pas mal de rangements, plans de travail et bien équipée. Présence de multiprises, lampes antimoustique. Le mobilier est joli. L'agence de location est plutôt à l'écoute pour faire face aux problèmes (notamment de frigo en l'occurrence la semaine où nous avons loué). En points négatifs : Le salon manque un peu d'éclairage. Si vous louez en été, prévoyez d'amener des ventilateurs car non fournis. Une plancha ou barbecue également, car non présents et pourtant forts appréciés en été.Dans l'ensemble je recommande ce logement qui a un bon rapport qualité prix .
