It has panoramic view overlooking the sea and Platja d'Aro and it is surrounded by a beautiful and green garden and swimmingpool. The house is cozy and has his tasted full 70s atmosphere. The house has an 80m2 living room with kitchen. The living room has a lot of light through the large windows. You will find a nice sitting area, a lounge corner and a dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped; dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven and has an outside door. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x180)
Bedroom 2: ensuite with two single beds (90x180) and a bathroom with toilet and shower, this bedroom has access to the balcony.
Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x180) and has sea views.
Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x180) and sea view.
Bedroom 5: ensuite bedroom and has two single beds (90x180) a direct access to the balcony and a private bathroom with shower and an extra door to the hall.
There is a separate bathroom with bath / shower combination and sink and there is a separate toilet.
