The first thing was the staff behavior all the customers was complaining about it including myself, the staff was limiting you to your enjoyment with food and drinks and was not pleasant to all customers was complaining , and no water in the hotel to shower and the pool was very dirty it was not clean properly by staff and the food was limited to the customers by staff ,they treated the customers poorly and make you feel uncomfortable on your stay there, your spend your money for all inclusive and was not given your monies worth I will not go back there, also many other people said the same the only thing is the staff need to change and upgrade the place with better staff and the step needs to change it very hazardous for old people and dangerous, health and safety is not there is also a water line running by the bar where people could trip on and fall no health and safety protocols.

Property infrastructure is old fashioned, that in itself was not an issue, but there is a lack of upkeep. Cleanliness, lack of staff and the deal breaker for us, the amount of stray cats made the stay uncomfortable.

Very disappointed with this facility the faucet had lime scale and rust in the bathroom the toilet tank had grime the door was chipping wood to the bottom and the door for the room is a basic door not good for security purposes. They need to lower the price for this type of facility

This was a pretty solid experience. The only concern with the room was the lack of hot water in the shower. Staff were pleasant and helpful even though it seemed like they had alot on their plate at times. Of the three meals available in the all inclusive package breakfast and dinner were the best. Lunch could've had a bit more variety.

The property is a bit outdated but the food is really good so value for money is fine. However, the service leaves much to be desired. While some staff were exceptionally friendly, there was a lot of gaps including rude staff, staff members openly arguing with each other in front of guests, etc. The major issue was on our last day we arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport early on the day of check out as we had an 7am flight. The front desk assured us all was arranged. When we got to the front desk at 530am there was no taxi at all. Furthermore the front desk was completely closed so no one was there to assist. Given the location of the hotel its not like you could flag down a taxi on the road at that time. Luckily, we had friends at the hotel who was able to gave us a lift to the airport, buy that meant rousing them at 530am. This was totally unacceptable for any resort operating in 2025.

This was out first time traveling outside of our country and i have to say we were so HAPPY we chose Tobago and this resort. EVERYONE was so nice and courteous from the front desk all the way to the cleaning staff. We will definitely be back here again for another vacation. We also Highly recommend Derek Shandy for your tour guide, he is amazing in every way!! See Sarge for details :)
