The location is fantastic—you're right in the heart of Cashiers, making it easy to walk or drive to local shops and restaurants. The property is situated on a fairly quiet dirt road, the listing photos accurately represent the space, and everything was clean upon arrival.A few things prospective guests should know before booking:The listing states that the best way to reach the host is by text. I texted before our stay to ask what type of coffee maker was provided, but didn't receive a response until four days after we had already arrived.There were no coffee filters available for the coffee maker.The bathroom did not have a trash can.No hair dryer was provided.The "couch" is more of a small pull-out bed suitable for children, not adults.*** The biggest issue was the bed size. We chose this property over several other options specifically because the listing advertised a king-size bed. Unfortunately, the bed is actually a queen. We noticed this on our first evening and contacted the host immediately, but never received a response during our 4-day stay.Overall, the location and cleanliness were excellent, but the lack of communication and the inaccurate bed listing were disappointing. I recommend considering these points before booking.
