Nice environment and very beautiful view. Lots of nice swimmingpools and enough pool-beds for everyone. Easy to move by buses to everywhere (bus-stop nearby). Breakfast was very bad, no fruits or vegetables, only dry bread and biscuits. You had to ask for Croissants and sometimes you got only one croissant. No Wifi. The shower was very, very small and you had to fix long before you got warm vater (not cold or too hot). The cleaning was not daily. The renervation (balcony floor and common rooms) is needed. The air condition worked very well and the room was fresh. The room was big enough for four people and the beds were comfortable. The fridge worked well and it was cool enough to keep your waterbottles cold.

Non mi piace eseguire recensioni negativa ma a volte servono a far migliorare. Ho speso con trattamento di mezza pensione per una sola notte più di 200 euro usufruendo di sconti expedia ma al mio arrivo la camera non era pronta perchè expedia non aveva comunicato la mia prenotazione. Avevo scritto anche alla struttura sempre tramite expedia un messaggio avvisando l'ora in cui sarei arrivato che era 3 ore dopo l'ora di check in previsto. Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto risposta, nè dalla struttura nè da expedia. Ho atteso più di un'ora affinchè il problema fosse risolto. Biancheria pulita ma bagno cieco senza luce. Cibo immangiabile e io sono uno di bocca buona. Struttura con altissimo potenziale ma da rivedere totalmente i livelli di servizio.

Struttura decadente. Fatiscente. Cade a pezzi piano piano. Servizio al cliente inesistente Non comodo da raggiungere e muoversi per visitare Ischia. Cucina letteralmente da mensa: 20 min di fila per avere un primo ed altri 20 per un secondo. Perché in questo presunto 4 stelle non ti servono al tavolo…ma devi fare la fila come in carcere. Così come le camere: delle celle. Le piscine, l’unica bella cosa della struttura, aprono per poche ore e a fasce orarie ristrette. Per il prezzo pagato e per come viene venduto dal sito è a dir poco fuorviante. Sono stato in 2 stelle che erano cento volte meglio!! Non ci ritornerei mai nemmeno gratis.

Esperienza negativa in generale, Struttura un po vecchia, pulizia così così, la colazione buffet aggredita da gente incivile che si prendeva di tutto per farsi il pranzo a sacco, già poco di suo, in più quelli che mi ha lasciato sconcertato è che i camerieri non dicevano nulla. Peccato perchè potrebbe essere una struttura potenziale per Ischia. Prenoto il week and a giugno 2 camere con cena arrivo li e la cena a loro non risultava, chiudo gli occhi conto fino a 3 e decidiamo di andare a cena fuori (per fortuna) Chiamerò hotel.com per il rimborso delle cene. Così non ci tornerò di sicuro.

Poor accommodation, staff excellent though.

The hotel was in need of renovation, lots of decorations were in poor condition, rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The staff were super and always pleased to help, but they were understaffed. The meals were not very good, and the buffet was exceptionally poor. Breakfast was not even continental breakfast. Evening meal was badly prepared and the choices were limited to two types of pasta , fish and occasionally chicken. Salad selection was scarce and no chilled section. Desert was none existent. Was advertised as a non smoking hotel, but this was not the case. Smoking inside the hotel rooms was evident by the smell of tobacco and fumes. Definitely not worth a four star rating, at best a two. A ten minute walk to the port and within easy bus rides to ischia and forio. Good location but let down by the accommodation. Very noisy until midnight most nights.

Very friendly, kind staff. Excellent clean pools and beds at the pool. Its a very favorable price. One disadvantage is that it is up on the mountain and there is not much public transport. With its own car, however, it is in an excellent location.

Struttura in ottima posizione,anche se lontano dal centro.Esterni curati,bellissimo il panorama, belle le piscine.Camere,hall, interni e ristorante, sicuramente da rimodernare,arredi vecchi anche se tenuti discretamente.Strutturalmente fatto male, con alcune camere interrate vista muro,accettabili quelle ai piani superiori vista mare.Al Ristorante i pasti sono abbondanti e di discreta qualità,anche se poca è scelta tra i primi e i secondi(due x parte)per la frutta o il dolce invece non c'è scelta(o uno o l'altro di un solo tipo).Scarsa la colazione.Personale gentile e disponibile.Nota sicuramente positiva rispetto a tanti hotel di Ischia e che è presente un volenteroso staff di animazione, di conseguenza la struttura è frequentata da giovani e famiglie. Prezzo del soggiorno sicuramente proporzionato alla qualità.

Tutto sommato è andata discretamente.

Sito accettabile per ciò che riguarda l'esterno. Gli interni sono molto datati al punto da considerarlo un discreto due stelle. Ho pernottato due notti e la camera non è stata rifatta dopo la prima notte, ho dovuto chiedere il cambio asciugamani, altrimenti nemmeno quello sarebbe stato fatto. Colazione con poca scelta. Aree esterne: piscine e solarium in buone condizioni e efficientamente funzionanti.

L'hotel è molto grande e pulito..e il prezzo molto vantaggioso..L'esterno è nuovo e molto bello..così come le piscine termali..ho usufruito anche della Spa e i massaggiatori sono professionali e preparati...certo dover pagare la dotazione di accappatoio e ciabatte mi ha lasciata un po' perplessa.. L'interno invece è molto datato..le camere piccole e prive di confort ( eravamo in una quadrupla e il condizionatore era solo.in una stanza) non insonorizzate e con le porte piene di spifferi...e soprattutto il Wi-Fi è a pagamento!! Delusione anche la colazione..scarsa e di bassa qualità..Non ho provato la cena o il pranzo .darei un voto di 3/5 per il prezzo vantaggioso e la pulizia..ma cercherei una struttura diversa, più giovanile!
