The drive to the hotel is a street of sketchy flooded pothole. When I arrived, I noticed several issues with the room, including mold on the walls, a strong mildew odor, stained wood furnishings, and stained drapery with visible black mold. The amenities did not reflect what was presented on Expedia or your website, and even the toilet was not functioning properly. We slipped twice in the pool as they use tile at the bottom of the pool. Overall, the accommodations were not up to the expected standard.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Building was full of older people, 45+, the food wasn’t the best at all 3/5. If you want a place you can just rest and nothing else, then this location is for you. I now understand why we couldn’t find any videos on TikTok (The age gap)

The room was clean, however the mold in the bathroom (shower stall) is what made me have it a 4 star. The food was great Staff we’re exceptionally attentive and helpful even with the language barrier.

The food the variety of fruits. Lots of vegetables and real fruit juices. The area around the pool, definitely needs a better green RUG- its really bad and torn apart. Overall I would stay there again. Luis Ruiz, Editberto, all the dinning and breakfast crew' extremely attentive.

This was a horrible hotel, first of all the smell of mold in the room was awful, the mini bar in our room was never stocked, At the dining buffets there was limited food, and drinks, I asked the supervisor for a latte at the buffer restaurant and he told me that the lattes were only serve at the bar on the first floor , I asked if it was possible for me to get one and if the waitress could bring it to my dinning table and he told me straight NO, That I has to go my self and get it from the bar which was located on the first floor, terrible customer service. There is a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise and dust is unbearable. The snacks were very limited. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was not cooked. For dinned they only had raw meat that a supposed chef would put on a grilled without any seasoning only salt and pepper they would put the meet there for like 10 minutes and served it to you uncooked. Please stay away from this hotel. It is a SCAM, FALSE advertising, the property is very deteriorated, and a lot of water filtration from all 3 floors ceiling. Not a save building structure.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!! If you came across this “5 star hotel”, PLEASE BE INFORMED IT IS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE!! 1. This hotel is full of locals, therefore if you are from another country, you are not welcomed. All of the staff ignores you and does not greet you nor try to help you. This is NOT for tourists. 2. This so called “resort” is the complete opposite from what Expedia, Viator and Booking websites show. Do not fall for the pictures you see. This is an unsanitary and DANGEROUS HOTEL. You do not get an ocean view. Instead you get a trashy construction view everywhere you go. 3. The rooms- EXTREMELY DISGUSTING, there is mold everywhere you go. You can smell it as soon as you enter the room. They try to cover up the smell with paint, but trust me, if you suffer from sinus allergies, you will immediately become congested and sick once you enter these rooms. 4. Bed bugs- we only stayed one night, and immediately developed rashes all over our bodies from the bed bugs on the sheets. Truly unsanitary. 5. The food- they leave the food out in the lobby for who knows how long. The cups and silverware are all old and nasty. A wine glass is supposed to be clear, NOT yellow. 6. The staff & management, All in all, we have been trying to request our hard-earned money back because we absolutely did not stay past one night, and they HAVE NOT ANSWERED OUR CALLS NOR RETURNED OUR MONEY. HOTEL WILL ROB YOU! They refused to give us any type of paperwork or statement 200$ a night

The worse hotel u can stay in i cant find 1 good thing about it u cant go to beach at 5 not part of hotel food garbage room moldy staff garbage u starve to death in that hotel 1 day i stood am still fighting fie my refund for the 3 days left i had to leave and stay some were else after the 1st day i dont recoomend this place to anyone dogs live better in the streets than this place and and still trying to get my refund back

Staff was very friendly and professional BUT VERY SLOW and not attentive. The room fridge wasn't restocked, tried calling the front desk several times but they never responded. Bars needs more options for mixed drinks and more variety for the buffet. Inside Pool area needs maintenance and more towels. The back pool area towards the beach is small and the downstairs bar is unattended. Small reserved section for the beach but the view is blocked by small vendors and restaurants. The people of work there are always battling for business with the others and can get loud. Overall I wouldn't recommend this location. NEEDS A LOT OF ATTENTION.

From the moment we arrived, I genuinely believed we were at the wrong location. The photos online are incredibly misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the resort. We were greeted by a dog lying idly at the entrance—not exactly the warm welcome one expects. The restaurant had a strong, unpleasant odor and offered extremely limited food options. The bar was just as underwhelming, with only three stools available—not nearly enough for guests at a so-called full-service resort. Upon entering the room, we were immediately hit with a foul odor that made it difficult to settle in. To make matters worse, there was loud construction taking place directly across from our room. As we walked to our space, construction workers whistled at us, making us feel deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. This behavior is unacceptable and completely inappropriate in any professional hospitality setting. The second pool was an absolute eyesore—dirty, filled with algae, and clearly unmaintained. It was unusable and further solidified our decision to leave the property altogether. We quickly found an Airbnb, which saved what would have otherwise been a disastrous trip.
