Has 1 bedroom, living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and a balcony with a spectacular view over the Cartagena beach and the city center on the far right. Perfect for a couple vacation or a business trip. Apt is suitable for 1 - 4 guests maximum. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom and a sofabed in the living room. We look forward to hosting you! It's one of the most beautiful, elegant and perfectly located building and apartment in Cartagena. Everything in the apartment is completely new and thought especially to make your stay here perfect! There is 1 bedroom, a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a very beautiful balcony. You will love staying here! The apartment has: Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, towels, sheets, iron, hair dryer and very nice carefully selected furniture in the entire apartment. A maximum of 4 guests can enter the building and need to be previously registered. To have access to the gym you need to reserve with reception a day before the day you wish to go. I will not be available in person but I have staff that helps me with everything in Cartagena. I'll be always on top of what is happening. So you can call me or write me and I'll send someone to check in case you need help with anything. The Bocagrande (Big Mouth) area contains the bulk of the city's tourist facilities, such as hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, to include El Laguito (The Little Lake) and Castillogrande (Big Castle), two neighborhoods. Bocagrande has long beaches and commercial activity found along Avenida San Martín Transportation is easy to get on this part of Cartagena. BocaGrande is one of the most exclusive sectors of Cartagena. Lots of great restaurants, hotels, stores and only a 7-10 min drive to "La Amurallada" or the city center. When you register you will be given a bracelet. Please do not remove this. If you loose it you'll have to pay 20,000 colombian pesos for each bracelet lost. Only people registered in the apartment will be the ones allowed in the building. To register someone you must send me full names and passport numbers / cédula 24 hours before arrival. The building doesn't allow other visitors. In this apartment you can register maximum 4 people in total.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
