Great view!!

The unit was tidy upon arrival and the views were spectacular!! There was still some construction on the building next door but was not bothersome at all however the sand just below the units were riddled with debris. *Shoes are a must* walking to the beach access but my son loved digging for treasure when we’re not going to the beach. Check in and check out were a breeze! We got a text on what we needed to do to leave which was simple and there was no anxiety. My only real complaint was when we were leaving and stripped the beds, we noticed a urine stain on one of the mattress covers. Pro tip: close the windows and doors when you go to bed. The unit is like a wind tunnel and the breeze is amazing however the master bedroom door and bathroom door rattled like crazy anytime the wind blew. Our 1st night it sounded like someone was trying to break the bedroom door down at 3:30am. lol!!

Disappointed

This was our second time staying at this rental location! We were so excited to return again since two years ago when we stayed it was so clean & a great environment& we had such a good time! Unfortunately, this time when we arrived, we were shocked to discover that the entire building was under construction which we were not told when we rented the home! When my children walked to the beach, we noticed that there was glass from a broken window that was all over the sand leading up to the private walkway to access the beach! I was shocked at the fact that there were cigarette butts, nails, glass broken wood& siding along w/ construction workers EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE! This was a safety hazard for my children and myself, and unfortunately, my youngest son got his foot cut before I realized that the glass was in the sand! We even had construction workers that had to enter our rental on 3 different occasions to work on the porch, which we were never given notice of until they were at the door! Had I been made aware of the fact that this unit along with the other two beside it, we’re under construction I would’ve chosen a different rental! Upon entering the unit we found three dead cockroaches laying on the floor, which means that the unit was never checked or cleaned prior to our arrival! When I reached out to the rental company via text & voicemail I never received any communication back!

The views from the deck were amazing. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. Steps were challenging with luggage but good exercise. Brunches and Michael’s were great for food. Everything you needed was provided.

Perfect adult getaway

This property and area was perfect. It was close to various types of restaurants, ie fast food, take out, delivery, sit down, higher end, affordable budget... as well as various grocery stores. It was close to the beach to where if you had a large haul it was not too far away. The accommodations were clean, with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable sleeping. I would highly recommend this for an adult getaway. We certainly plan on booking for any other upcoming getaways and even more frequently as enjoyable as it was! More of a 10 star!

The condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The master bed is very comfortable but the pillows are too firm. The only thing that needs to improve is the amount of soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap and the paper towels and toilet paper plus the quality.

Wonderful Stay!

Blue skies was just as pictured. It was spotless and very clean. The view from the deck is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is close in location to just about everything. We loved it and will be back!

Birthday Beach Vacation

Compact beach condo that was better than expected! Basically new inside. The third floor in spite of the steps was the best view of the ocean. The remodel of the bathrooms were very nice and we never ran out of hot water with four back to back showers. Comfortable beds and furniture. We would rent this condo again!

I absolutely loved this property!! Everything has been remodeled and redecorated and it felt like home away from home! My favorite room was the deck overlooking the ocean. Amazing views and we spent a lot of time out there. The location is in a quiet section and close the everything. Highly recommend!

Great Condo on a Beautiful Beach!

Everything was relaxing and easy for this quick trip to Carolina Beach. Realty company was great to work with and unit was nicely decorated and very clean. View is beautiful off the living/kitchen area and beach was perfect for walks and fun in the sun. Short walk to Boardwalk restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location/View

Property is exactly as described. Great location, great view! Short work to a market for morning coffee etc.. Short drive to everything else. Property was clean and what I expected. If you have trouble with stairs please be aware that this is a good hike up multiple flights. Not a problem for us but good info to know. Would definitely book this property again.
