Freshly decorated with your group's vacation in mind, the well-appointed kitchen is ready for you to explore your inner foodie, everyone in your group will enjoy the spacious deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Wake up with the dolphins in time to see a spectacular sunrise. The oceanfront bedroom King suite has private balcony access. The Queen bedroom has the convenience of a private half bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart are also available for guest use.

Beautiful Views!

We had an excellent time here, and the location and views can't be beat! Walkable to the boardwalk and restaurants (a block or so from everything). The condo has just about everything you need - the kitchen is fully stocked, but as others have said, you'll want to bring your own spices if you plan to cook. Clean, comfy, and very relaxing. Did I mention the views?! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. All the amenities that we needed during our stay were provided for family with 2 toddlers. The oversized beachfront balcony was heavily used. The location is great just steps from the beach and centrally located to restaurants and the boardwalk. We had Britt’s donuts which were out of this world and ate at shuckin shack which we loved. Overall a great stay for a long weekend over Easter/spring break. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect location

The condo was well kept and perfectly designed. It had everything we needed. The location was a prime spot. We had young 20 year-olds with us, and they could walk to every place in town. The access to the beach was literally next to the stairs, and the condo provided chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels which meant a few less things we had to travel with. We loved our time here. If we come back, we will book this one again!

Wonderful Condo...Great location

This property was top notch. The building was quiet...no loud or rowdy neighbors and it is situated on the beach. The fact that it had an elevator was crucial for my elderly mother and the parking structure kept our car safe and dry. (We were there during a huge storm that deposited over 18 inches of rain in Carolina Beach). The condo itself is beautiful...all updated fixtures and furnishings plus lots of room to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views. I was really impressed by the level of detail to our needs. Thank you!

Only reason gave it 4 was the check in issue. I had to call twice to figure out how to get in. And no real instructions on what the pool key fab was. Another family told us we needed it for the pool

Beautiful

Clean, beachy decorated condo with wide open ocean views and everything you need. Only negatives were the extremely hot elevator lobby & elevator. Some ventilation/air is very much needed. Also, people were able to enter the pool area by reaching around the plexiglass barrier, to push the "Open" button. It's possible non owners or renters were using the pool.

There needs to be better communication between maintenance and the rental office as the automatic door lock did not work as the batteries had been removed which resulted in a 45 min weight to get into the property which resulted in groceries we had purchased melting. At the front door there was debris and trash along with the deck and rugs inside the unit not being clean as well. The screen door from the master bedroom to the deck was not working and propped up against the wall. They will charge for an early check-in, yet not offer compensation when the unit is not accessible or completely prepared for occupancy. I value my time and with the check in process along with cleaning and maintenance issues, it simply was not respected.

Great weekend at the beach

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and other activities was great. We used the pool daily. A huge plus was having the washer and dryer in-unit. The kitchen was great, and I appreciated all of the containers available to pack up for the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, carts, umbrellas, beach towels, a rolling cooler, and even some sand toys. The balcony was perfect for reading and listening to the waves roll in. The beach is pristine. We only wished there was recycling available on site. Other than that, no complaints.
