Great Getaway

Wonderful oceanfront condo that was clean and comfortable. Just a short stroll to the beach and close to great restaurants and shopping. We had a great time at Carolina Beach.

We loved our condo stay! We enjoyed the location (right next to the board walk). The host communicated well and the condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Great Property

The property was clean, quiet, and had a great view right next to the boardwalk. The property manager communicated extremely well and made the entire process easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved being able to look off the balcony and see the ocean! The bed was also pretty comfortable compared to most places, which made the stay even better. We would definitely stay here again! It was perfect for myself, my husband, and my 2 and 3 year old! The communication for check in and check out was great!

Great location everything in walking distance. Right at the boardwalk. Got to hear live band and see some beautiful fireworks.

Clean, great view and location. Easy walk to restaurants, etc. Host was quick to respond to concerns. Would definitely stay again but renters should know that there are no drawers for clothes. You must keep in suitcase but it was no real problem for the two of us.

I rented this beach front condo for a 3 month work contract and it was the perfect and my most favorite accommodation to date! Very comfortable bed and loved the bath towels! And the VIEWS from the balcony! Such a gorgeous beach town. Itrip was very responsive and quick when needed. Recommend both them and this condo.

Great location!

The hotel was very clean and was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed having gate access to the boardwalk and beach! My kids loved the pool :) We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do! Highly recommend!!

Great location and walking distance

Very clean and we will definitely stay there again. Its very close to the stair tower and elevator. The only we wish improvements in the future more storage for clothing etc. And my husband is an Hvac contractor and noticed rhe refrigerator is incased with drywall and not ventilator properly therefore the food and beverages were not cold

Great Location

We enjoyed this property. However, it could use a deep clean. The toilet has not been cleaned well. Dirty Ring underneath the rim. It’s convenient to lots of restaurants and shops. Loved the oceanfront views.

Nicely updated, very clean condo. Perfect for one person or a couple. It’s on the first floor so the view is limited because of the sand dunes. You can see the waves but not the beach. Not a deal breaker for me. I especially liked the security of gated parking and access to the grounds. I parked in the covered parking area for the entire stay and walked to restaurants and coffee shops. Definitely recommend!

Great get away!

We loved this place for a gateway from the city and being right on the beach! Quick, convenient access to everything, walking to shopping, live music, and dining. We love going to shuckin' shack for oysters. Place is completely renovated, tasteful and lovely. King bed is a game changer on vacation! We cant wait to stay again and watch the thursday night fireworks from the balcony. Hosts were very gracious too! Thank you!

Good location. Great view. Average accommodations. Minimal storage space. Lack of on-site guidance for help. Pool facility closed throughout stay was very disappointing. Cordial text communications with owner were appreciated. Left halfway into stay due to potential flooding threat with Storm Debby. Lack of any form of remittance for prepayment was unfortunate. Overly expensive in my view, so will seek alternative sites in the future.

TINY condo. Lack of space to put your clothes/luggage. Property managers used most of the storage space for their own use. Bedroom had no windows and the fan didn’t work. The fan pull was in a drawer. Was told by property manager that fan could not be fixed. Towel holder in bathroom was not affixed to wall bracket. There were numerous threatening posts (texts, emails and in apartment) about fines and eviction if you didn’t follow rules. Couch needs to be retired. We went out and bought lawn chairs so we had something comfortable to sit on. Nice location.
