* High-Speed Wifi (301 MBPS).

* Complimentary beach chairs.

* Private outdoor space with relaxing seating area for coffee, wine, or after a surf session or a day at the beach plus a rinse off area.

* Bed linens and bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee/tea.

However, if you are staying longer than a couple of nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies.

Guest Access:
*Parking is available for 2 cars (stacked behind each other) in the mulch driveway only (on the right side of the home) in front of the blue buoy.
*Easy check-in with a digital code unique to you.

House Rules:

• Parking – Please park only in the gravel driveway on the left side of the home in front of the blue buoy. Max of 2 cars, stacked one behind the other.
• No Smoking – A $1000 fee will be charged for deodorization if anything is smoked inside.
• Visitors – Must be approved by the host in advance.
• Be Neighborly – Keep noise to a minimum and do not walk through neighbors’ yards. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.
• No Burning Incense or Oils – These can be hard to remove and may cause issues for the next guest.
• Check-In/Out Times –
o Check-in: 4:00 PM
 You'll access the home via a keyless PIN code lock. The PIN is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
o Check-out: 10:00 AM
 Early check-in or late check-outs are usually not available due to our cleaners’ schedule, but if the unit is ready, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
