The house was beautiful and very clean. Lots of extras in the kitchen including paper products, seasonings, etc. Our contact was super responsive and sent info on local events. Check in was simple and smooth. Would definitely recommend!

Great family getaway!

We had a great vacation! The house was perfect. It was clean and well kept. We were just a short walk to the beach. Will definitely be back next year.

Carolina beach vacay

We had the best relaxing trip! House was just as described with chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to borrow to get to the beach daily- a quick walk! Kitchen well-equipped, plenty of seating, and a nice gas grill. 3 outdoor living spaces. Great communication and suggestions of activities and restaurants from the management. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of bathrooms/showers. Would absolutely stay again!

Great week at Carolina Beach

Enjoyed our stay, beds were comfortable, kitchen well-equipped, lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Loved the quick, easy walk to the beach. Spent funday exploring local areas too.

Fantastic place, great location

Property: very clean. Everything you need was there. Amenities: in the garage, was everything you need for your beach visit as well as bikes for the whole family. Location: perfect. Easy walk to the beach. Wonderful neighborhood, took a four mile walk every morning in the very nice surroundings. Just a wonderful place to stay! We will be back!

This property was not only a great location, the cleanliness was amazing. It was equipped with anything and everything you could ever need. I highly recommend this property. The property manager was wonderful to deal with.

Rental property was excellent. Able to accommodate all of us comfortably. Only a short walk to the beach and the house felt very quiet and private, even with 4 kids in it. Would definitely reserve this property again.

Beautiful memories

We stayed here in December last year & January this year. Everything is so comfortable & inviting. Terry Hartmann (the owner) & Barbara (property manager) are excellent to work with & very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

A1 rating from my family! This place was a perfect fit for us. Comfy living quarters (beautiful decor)...great location (2 short blocks to beach)...we loved everything about it. The owner even text us every morning with daily "what's happenings" on the boardwalk. We will definitely be back!

What a great place!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We were not there for vacation, but rather a family emergency. Check-in was seemless. We took a little time out to enjoy a bike ride. The neighbors were home and wonderful. Neighborhood was quite and close to the beach. Thank you for being a wonderful host. Would highly recommend.

Retirement bliss

The residence is beautiful and spacious. Close to the beach, bicycle and walking path and within walking distance to restaurants. The backyard is perfect for a bbq and entertaining. Most household and beach items are provided by owner. A wonderful experience.

Great house and location.

We stayed for 10 days and had plenty of room. We were surprised but happy to see a bed in the downstairs room. The house can sleep a lot of people. As it a new rental, it is in the process of getting stocked but if we needed anything all we had to do was reach out to the property manager. She was wonderful and sent updates of local goings on. We were just a couple of blocks to the beach. In fact we were so close our 3 year old didn't mind the walk. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Very Nice Place

This house is one half of a duplex. We never heard the people in the other unit. Location is quiet and 2.5 blocks from beach access. It is modern and comfortable inside. There were 3 bedrooms and each had its own full bathroom (downstairs bathroom was accessible to all). Beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, propane grill, & bicycles were available for use. Coffee K-cups and household items like paper towels, soap, etc. were there when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

It was absolutely wonderful

We just spent 6 1/2 weeks in this condo & it was fantastic. If we needed anything, all we had to do was call & it was taken care. We needed to change our date on both ends & Mr. Hartmann was very accommodating. We didn’t have any hot water (thermostat went out), we called Barbara, she got in touch with Mr. Hartmann & it was fixed that afternoon (on a weekend). We can’t say enough good things. Loved the place & the people we dealt with during our stay.
