Just what we were looking for.

Great location, peaceful, roomy house on the intracoastal waterway. Convenient to many restaurants. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

Family graduation trip

This house was perfect for our faimily. We came in for the weekend to celebrate UNCW graduation. The house has eveything you need to accomadate our family of 12. The views were amazing and a short walk to the beach. I would definitley stay here again.

Amazing Stay

We booked the house for Thanksgiving and my fathers 80th birthday. Easily fit the entire family and was the perfect spot. There was always something to do with the location and the access to fishing rods and kayaks. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location!

Wonderful stay and perfect location for those that like to be on the water. Loved kayaking the intercoastal while only being 2 blocks from the beach! House was beautiful and fully updated. Would definitely rent this unit again!

It really is all about the views!

Our stay was great! We really enjoyed the property and location. The docks and water access were wonderful. Proximity to the beach was top notch. The host, Jay, was always very responsive and great to work with. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic and enjoyable beach getaway. Thanks Jay!

Very nice!

We had a very nice stay during our long weekend to Carolina Beach. The house was clean and the location to the beach was perfect! We did not use any of the kayaks, but there were plenty available if people wanted to take them out. The views from the bedrooms and living room are beautiful!

Great property. Partial views of the ocean through front of house, super easy access to the beach, intercoastal views amazing. Family loved the kayaks. Great times in the Gazebo. Owner very quick to respond to questions. Family wants to go back again.

Family Vaca

Fabulous time and wonderful accommodations. Get ready for a lot of steps! The beach was like a private beach and the sound was wonderful for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. We loved watching the weather from the balcony. Highly recommended!
