The house was amazing! The views, overall location and proximity to the water, cleanliness, and amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and the house and kitchen were well stocked. A family member remarked that this was their favorite stay in a vacation home. We loved our stay!

This home offers the best of both worlds! Our family group of 7 enjoyed fishing off of the dock and kayak adventures in the sound, as well as long walks with our dogs on the beach. The home was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. We also appreciated the labeling. We would not hesitate to rent again.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Great host and quick to respond to questions. Please remember to bring beach chairs, life jackets for paddle board or kayak, beach towels, extra paper towel and toilet paper. The beach is a very easy walk. Early morning walks are recommended. Set up your beach area early as well. There is a store walking distance and they do sell good breakfast sandwiches. We loved the dock and used for Tritoon boat rental or fishing. The grill is in good shape and shared with 3 other units. No complaints about the rooms from any of our guests. One last note, make sure everyone coming is healthy enough to use the stairs often during each day.

Family graduation trip

This house was perfect for our faimily. We came in for the weekend to celebrate UNCW graduation. The house has eveything you need to accomadate our family of 12. The views were amazing and a short walk to the beach. I would definitley stay here again.

This property is a 3-story townhome, end unit. Super clean, furnishings are all relatively new including all beds. Kitchen has newer appliances (LG range takes some practice to decipher controls and the timers will beep incessantly). Plenty of dishes, flatware and cooking utensils. All sound facing bedrooms have excellent roller blinds. Dock access and included water sports were great. Owner was very communicative. This might not be the place for you if you don’t like climbing stairs. Also you are in a tightly built area and lots of street noise. Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay

We booked the house for Thanksgiving and my fathers 80th birthday. Easily fit the entire family and was the perfect spot. There was always something to do with the location and the access to fishing rods and kayaks. I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice!

We had a very nice stay during our long weekend to Carolina Beach. The house was clean and the location to the beach was perfect! We did not use any of the kayaks, but there were plenty available if people wanted to take them out. The views from the bedrooms and living room are beautiful!

Great location, peaceful, roomy house on the intracoastal waterway. Convenient to many restaurants. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!

Beautiful location

We stayed here for a tournament with a bunch of teenagers and we had the best time! Being right on the canal with kayaks and paddleboards available and that awesome deck is what made our trip. Also a very short walk to the beach with ocean and canal views from the top floor made the location our favorite part of the trip. Rooms were plenty big for us all and kitchen was well stocked. Host responded quickly to any of our questions. I have a 3 star for cleanliness because some clothing items were left behind from the previous renter in the bathroom and sand still in the tub. Reported it to the host and they were receptive. Seemed like it might have been a one off thing with the cleaning crew.

Perfect Location

The house was just as advertised. The location was perfect. Very close to the beach and right on the intercostal waterway. We rented a golf cart and never used our car while there. The host was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our stay was great! We really enjoyed the property and location. The docks and water access were wonderful. Proximity to the beach was top notch. Incredible views

We loved our stay at "All about the Views." Everything was perfect! Beautiful sunsets over the canal every evening and inspirational sunrises over the ocean every morning! Best Sunsets

Our stay was amazing! The house was super clean, well-stocked, and very conveniently located for the beach and inter-coastal waterway. You can see both bodies of water from the house. The sunsets were quite spectacular from the balcony. It was very peaceful and relaxing for three generations of family to stay. Jay, the owner, was extremely responsive and super helpful. Especially, when the four year old locked the bathroom door with no one in it and we were at a loss on how to get it open. 😊 They also had the house decorated for the holidays which made it feel very special. You cannot go wrong by staying here! We will definitely be back.
