House located on one of the main axes of Carnac Beach / Carnac Town.

Living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, a flat-screen television, wood-burning stove, dining area open to a large bay window. Open-plan fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher.

Upstairs offering one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet, a storage room.
