Located 150m from the large beach, 50m. from the thalassotherapy center, 20 "from the Saint Laurent golf course.
 1st level: living room with fitted kitchen, BZ (sleeping in 160), cupboard, dishwasher, plasma TV, electric hob, fridge, heating, bathroom, independent WC, large bay opening onto the terrace 7m2 garden furniture.
 2nd level: 1 bedroom with 140cm closet, 1 cabin bedroom with 2 90cm bunk beds.

Nice stay in great location close to the beach

It was a nice stay in a clean apartment with all necessary accommodations available. Close to the beach, the Centre of Carnac and many restaurants, all in 10 min. Walking distance.

Un séjour très agréable dans un appartement sympathique et idéalement situé

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Notre hôtesse a été très accessible et agréable. L'appartement est charmant et très bien situé, à quelques minutes seulement de la grande plage et de l'animation mais au calme dans une résidence arborée. Un point à noter, l'appartement est petit, les chambres sont exigües, et le lieu convient mieux à une familles de 2/3 qu'à une famille de 4/5. A cette réserve près, c'est une très bonne adresse.

L'accueil parfait, propreté de l'appartement parfait. Toutefois l'appartement était indiqué pour 5 personnes ! Le nombre de couchages est respecté ,mais vraiment trop juste pour 5, il devrait plutôt être préconisé pour 3 ou 4 maxi.

Résidence bien située, à proximité de la plage et des commerces du centre-ville, dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Séjour lumineux (grande baie vitrée) donnant sur une belle terrasse, pas de vis-à-vis. Bref un séjour agréable.

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour sur Carnac. L'appartement duplex est situé à 5mn de la grande plage et du centre ville où nous accédons très facilement. Un appartement agréable à vivre, petit mais fonctionnel. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture à part pour des journées excursion.

Séjour globalement agréable

Carnac est très agréable et le lieu de la location est très bien , proche du centre sans en avoir les nuisances sonores, proche de la plage et des sentiers côtiers. L'accueil par la propriétaire est chaleureux et la procédure souple. Merci pour les recommandations de restaurants ! La location est un peu exigüe, plus qu'entrevue sur les photos. Heureusement le beau temps nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse. Le gros bémol est la literie visiblement fatiguée, qui a été sources de nuits plutôt médiocres.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour au sein de cet apoartement idéalement situé à proximité des plages. Hormis quelques difficultés de stationnement en journée et quelques odeurs dans les WC, nous n'avez rien à redire.

Tres bon sejour

Nous avons passe la semaine en famille dans cette location avec un tres bon rapport qualite prix en plein mous d aout sur carnac pour 5 personnes L appartement est tres bien équipée.....il est propose pour 5 mais le nb de verres couverts et assiettes est bien superieur c est tres confortable. La proprete de la litterie est irréprochable quel grand confort. Nous avons pu dejeuner et diner sur le balcon terrasse....c etait un plus tres agréable.....si nous retournons sur carnac nous relouerons la.
