Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was so friendly, quick to offer support and kind. The room was so cute and cozy. I loved the snacks available for purchase and the tv channels offered! The complimentary breakfast was 10/10!!! I never felt the need to go to a cafe nearby. The morning breakfast and evening cookies sent to the room daily were such a good touch and offered that traditional customer service and care that I have missed a lot lately. Lastly the location was 10/10! Nothing to note here. It's perfect for your stay at Carmel. The only downside was no parking but it wasn't too hard to find. Overall, would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

Le Petit Pali is a FABULOUS hotel! It's in a primo location that is walking distance to anything in downtown Carmel. The staff was all super friendly, they give you a complimentary glass of bubbly on check in, and have a daily cookie delivery service to all the rooms! The whole hotel is decorated in such a quaint and cute way, we loved it. We stayed here for our wedding weekend, and got ready in the fireplace suites on the morning of, and it was perfect! They also gave us a free bottle of champagne in our room as a surprise for the weekend :) We will definitely stay here whenever we are back in Carmel! Only thing to be aware of is there is no dedicated parking lot, however that is very very common for Carmel as it's such a small town.

This hotel is beautiful and well located for Carmel. The room decor is stunning and there are lovely touches like nightly cookies. The reasons for the four stars are the breakfast is described as a champagne breakfast but no champagne was offered and the hotel is significantly more expensive than other cutesy accommodations in Carmel without there being an obvious reason. That said we really enjoyed it, just don’t think it presents the best value.

Motel

Basically a flipped motel and not worth the price. Be prepared to hear people in other rooms. The service was not great. We did not get a warm welcome, my wife was basically ignored in the lobby when we arrived. They charged us for something from the mini bar that we did not use and when I called they were kind of rude about it.
