Carlsbad’s secret tropical hideaway. The cottage is all you need for a beach vacation in Cali, but the backyard…holy smokes! Absolutely beautiful and private. I’m not sure who enjoyed the stay more us or our pup. The cottage is located perfectly, everything is walkable. Jim is a kind and gracious host to top it off.

The house was just as described in the listing but the yard stole the show. The location is one block from the beach and parking was very easy. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Overall this place was wonderful. The yard and outdoor amenities were great. Inside is on the small side but perfect for up to four. Jim was a great host, extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable. We had an amazing time and will be back in a couple of months.
