Staff support lacking, waited over 25 minutes for staff on the phone with manager stating I had not paid when I was showing them the receipt, my bank transaction and presenting the same credit card and ID. Staff was unprofessional and lacked knowledge at check-in. She insisted in a very rude manner I needed to pay AGAIN, and that I would essentially be charged double. Staff later called and apologized stating they saw the reservation from Expedia in their system.

Out of biscuits and omelets at 0740, server sermed in no hurry to replenish. Decided to just have cereal, no milk in pitcher. I know its free but if u advertise it, it should be enough for everyone. Other than that excellent stay. Clean room, ac worked good.

Booked the king suite for an extended stay. Loved the sitting area. Rooms were clean and comfy bed was a bit hard for me but I sleep on a soft mattress. Daily cleaning person did an exceptional job. It was so nice to return to our room after being gone all day and have it straightened up. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was personable and helpful.

Expedia search for motels in Carlsbad earlier today listed this site first. I did not know it was 45 minutes out of the way. Called the property and was told I needed to cancel with 24 hours. I had booking insurance which was useless. Am deleting my Expedia app.
