One room is equipped with a sofa bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements. The cozy playroom provides an ideal space for children's entertainment. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, freezer, and a unique pizza oven, complemented by a dining table. A shower and WC are conveniently located on the ground floor.
