Bad communication and assistance from owner and Mangaer

The property was ok but only had 1 window which could only open a crack all other windows could not be opened as they were skylight windows, no instructions on how to use oven etc, called number given as there was supposed to be a white envelope with instructions on broadband etc on our arrival which was not there, I was told I would be called back but never received a call back, communication was bad from the owners from the booking onwards. The toilet was not clean as the bowl clearly had not been bleached as it was brown below the waterline, no shower gel, no ice tray The apartment had been basically furnished no TLC at all and the chair in the living /kitchen area was very hard and uncomfortable. I would not stay there again 2stars for apartment 5 from me.
