Excdllent room sizes and bathfoom facilities spotless clean. . However the building facade and windows needs some serious cleaning!!! Cant see anything from the rooms. What a shame.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. They went the extra mile to make my partner’s birthday special by leaving a bottle of Prosecco and a card signed by them. Definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the spa.

The hotel was booked particularly for the spa and swimming pool as advertised on the listing. Somewhat disappointing that it was not made obvious that there is a £10 per person per visit charge!!

Room large, and clean. Flooring abit grubby but didn’t concern me. Hotel nice clean. Wasn’t aware there was a wedding/party on until very late. So it was very loud until gone midnight/130am. Kept waking to lots of noise. However, myself and friend for a child free get away did enjoy our stay. We would stay again and try the spa next time. Rooms were alittle warm but had air con/blower as windows couldn’t be opened.

Holland House Hotel much recommended!

Very kind and helpful staff. I particularly value the swimming pool, as I can get in and out of it on the gradual steps OK (currently I have mobility problems).

Everything about this stay was about extra charges - expensive parking, pay to swim in the pool, pay for having a dog - isn’t was £80 on top of the room rate making it expensive for an extra night. Would have been better value elsewhere. Good clean shower & nice bathroom. Pillow ok. No opening windows, noisy and not the right side of the city. Unfriendly staff. If you park outside you have to set an alarm to wake at 7am even on a Sunday to love you car or extend the charge as it runs out at 7am. No parking was available in the hotel car park which is outrageous costs anyway. All in all an ok stay but really stung with all the extras.

Nice hotel rubbish spa

Lovely room and grest size. Not the most welcoming front desk. We parked in the car park next door which only allowed us to park there from 3pm when we arrived until 7am. The front desk told us we could park beneath the hotel (not clear at all) then when we moved it it was full so had to go back. The spa is awful. Hardly any jets workhnv in jacuzzi , pool had kids swimming lessons going on so we couldn't swim, it all needs a refurb. But the hotel itself was very nice

The room was very cold. The air conditioning was extremely loud and took a long time to be effective. There was also a strange smell in the bathroom. Two members of staff I spoke to were very rude. 1. I asked a genuine question if there should be water bottles in the room. She laughed in my face and said not in that room 2. We notice someone had dropped something glass in the toilets. We made a Member of staff aware. She didn't even respond and pointed to us to get in the queue.

Really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staff. Location was perfect for City centre and restaurants. Spent a few days there and had a nice time. Would have preferred free parking but an outside company controls the parking under the hotel.

Annoying room vent

There was a horrible vent/dan that wasn’t able to be turned off. Very annoying when trying to sleep. Tried calling reception - they didn’t answer. Spoke to them in the morning in check out and the apologised but said there is nothing they could do. Shocking
