A bit tired

Hotel was clean and the staff really helpful, but the place looks a bit tired and in need of a spruce up. The pool had paint peeling off the walls. We didn’t expect to pay extra for using the pool.

Anniversary stay

My husband and I, stayed for 4 nights for our anniversary, staff were friendly especially Shane, however the lady on the desk when I was checking out was a bit abrupt when I asked her if she could let my husband go in the outside lift with the suitcase because he needs an operation, she said it's only for wheelchair users? I also thought the charges to use the pool where high, bearing in mind we were staying at the hotel and not just walked in off the street. We also thought it was £10 a day for the use of the pool but it turns out its every time you go in there, so if you have to go to your room for something then you have to pay to go back in! The changing room wasn't very clean ever.

Great hotel all round

Room was spacious clean and tidy. Had everything needed for a great stay. Also had a mini fridge which I think is great for a room. The breakfast was great and good food. The restaurant was very nice and although we didn’t use the bar it looked very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The spa treatments were great. Sadly hotel staff didn’t seem to communicate well at check in or other times we went to the desk. All looks good from the outside and room was nice just the air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly.

From the outside the hotel looks amazing but step inside and your ratings start to drop carpets in corridor stained there was dirty linen left outside the door - going through the door we were greeted with a big stain on the carpet while inside the room the curtains were drawn and beads of light were coming through where there were holes in the curtains- the head board had a tear and the bottom sheet had 2 holes in ot moving into the bathroom the towels were really rough and discoloured - extremely disappointed at what is described as a 4 star hotel l would personally rate this much lower .

Will never use again

I was given a room with NO AC working. They placed a portable AC did not do anything. I was told no other room available and they will get me another AC it never happened. I didn’t sleep the whole night I was on the 11th floor and the heat from the big windows was unsupportable. I called the reception many times the never answer. The breakfast was not good at all poor quality food. The Dinner at the Restaurant was even worse, very poor service not qualified staff. The food was rubbish disgusting. The charge for using their car park. They charge for using swimming pool.
