A beautiful villa away from the hustle and bustle of the city

The house is situated in an olive garden about 3 km from the town of Carcabuey. It is well equipped and clean. There is a fairly large swimming pool and a covered terrace. The only inaccuracy is the second bathroom with an entrance from the pool side and not from inside of the house. We were afraid of insects that could be there, but it turned out that it was not a problem.

AndrĂ©s y Toñi nos han tratado genial. Llegamos y nos tenĂ­an la chimenea encendida, huevos camperos en el frigorĂ­fico, hielo en el congelador, sabanas de franela superagradables y olorosas en todas las camas, cocina con estropajo, bayeta, lavavajillas,... En baño jabĂłn lavamanos liquido, leña incluida (toda la que queramos), tumbonas, bombas de calor-frio en todas las habitaciones,.... Camas cĂłmodas y todo superlimpio. Muy recomendable. Una atenciĂłn explendida por parte de los dueños. Muchas gracias por todas las facilidades y detalles que habĂ©is tenido durante nuestra estancia. Son de 10. Nunca habĂ­a estado en una casa rural con unos dueños tan atentos. Muy bien todo, todo, todo. Es que no sabrĂ­a decir algo negativo ... Y mira que yo soy milindres ... 😅

hier kann man sich wirklich erholen!!

Das Casa Rural liegt mitten in einem Olivenhain und ist ĂŒber eine ca 1km lange Piste zu erreichen. Man ist hier wirklich ungestört und kann in aller Ruhe seinen Urlaub verbringen. Der Pool ist natĂŒrlich das Highlight!! wir hatten ca 35 Grad und sind mehrmals am Tag zum AbkĂŒhlen reingesprungen. Aber auch sonst bietet das Haus alles was man im Urlaub benötigt.WLAN funktioniert auch gut und alle Zimmer haben eine individuelle Klimaanlage (das steht nicht in der Beschreibung). Absolute Top-Empfehlung fĂŒr entspannten Urlaub im GrĂŒnen

Kleines Paradies im Olivenhain

Entspannte Ferien

Genau wie in der Wegbeschreibung angegeben wurden wir nach unserem Anruf von Toni abgeholt und zum versteckt liegenden Haus im 300 Jahre alten Olivenhain geleitet. Typisch spanisch, komplett eingerichtete KĂŒche, Terrasse und Pool auf einem gesicherten GelĂ€nde - einer völlig relaxten Zeit stand nichts im Wege. Von Tonis HĂŒhnern durften wir die Eier probieren, das hausgemachte Olivenöl war köstlich, und die VerstĂ€ndigung auf englisch funktionierte wunderbar. Wir können das Haus und seine Menschen mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft nur empfehlen!

Cette location est trĂšs b...

Cette location est trÚs bien située pour visiter les merveilles de l'Andalousie. Située au milieu des oliviers, les vue est imprenable. Malgré les chaleurs du mois d'août, la maison reste bien fraßche et les nuits sont trÚs agréables. L'accueil a été trÚs chaleureux. Nous retiendrons la présence de "Beilla" la siamoise et la visite à ces 3 petits chats ainsi qu'à tous les animaux de la ferme, les oeufs du poulailler et les figues fraiches. La belle piscine nettoyée tous les 2 jours est un bonheur par ces chaleurs! La maison est trÚs bien équipée et trÚs propre. Vraiment nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Repos, culture et nature !!!

"Comme d''autres, je vais tenter de vous donner un avis que j''espĂšre complet. Pour commencer, l''avis sur cette location est simple : tout y est parfait et les notes de 5/5 sont insuffisantes. Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants (13, 9 et 5 ans) et avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour fantastique ; tout le monde y a trouvĂ© son compte et c''est la meilleure location que nous ayons pu avoir. La maison est trĂšs bien conçue, trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ©e (matĂ©riel de qualitĂ©) et suffisamment grande (4 chambres). La piscine et la terrasse tout au tour permettent de passer des moments de dĂ©tente. Contrairement Ă  un avis prĂ©cĂ©dent, elle est sĂ©curisĂ©e, puisqu''un portail permet d''en limiter l''accĂšs. La vue est splendide. Les environs sont charmants : un chemin mĂšne Ă  la location, entourĂ©e d''oliviers plus que centenaires. Aucun bruit, si ce n''est les chants des oiseaux et des grillons. La vue est splendide : calme du matin, montagne en face et coucher de soleil le soir.... une vraie carte postale. Par expĂ©rience, il y a souvent des dĂ©tails qui sont des mauvaises surprises en arrivant sur place (route passante ou voisinage bruyant). Ici rien de tout cela et je le rĂ©pĂšte : aucun point nĂ©gatif selon nous. Une autre chose : les propriĂ©taires (Andres et Toni) et leurs enfants sont d''une gentillesse rĂ©elle, trĂšs accueillants, trĂšs attentionnĂ©s (les prunes sont excellentes) et trĂšs sĂ©rieux (entretien de la piscine tous les 2 jours !). Ils sont Ă©galement trĂšs prĂ©venants : la semaine avant notre arrivĂ©e, ils nous avaient indiquĂ© que les commerces de Carcabuey (Ă  5 minutes) seraient fermĂ©s et qu''ils pouvaient nous faire quelques petites courses ; trĂšs gentil. Enfin, la maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e avec beaucoup de petites villes Ă  dĂ©couvrir dans les environs. Cordoue est Ă  50 minutes, Grenade Ă  une heures, Ronda Ă  1H45 et SĂ©ville Ă  2heures. Les trajets se font facilement puisque les routes proches sont en trĂšs bon Ă©tat. Que dire de plus si ce n''est que nous avons tous quittĂ© cette location le cƓur bien lourd des moments passĂ©s lĂ -bas. Une location fantastique que nous avons dĂ©jĂ  conseillĂ©e autour de nous ! "

"Je vais essayer de faire 1 commentaire comme j''aimerais en lire avec ts les aspects autant positifs que negatifs. Antonia la propriétaire est tres gentille. La maison au 1er abord est agreable, propre et bien équipée.Le jardin est sympa, la partie ascessible facilement c''est autour de la piscine qui n''était pas utilisable en avril, j''ai trouvé tres dangereu le fait qu''elle soit vide sans aucune protection, il n''y a aucun systeme de securité. J''ai demandé a Antonia et elle m''a montré le portail qui sépare la terrasse de l''espace piscine mais ce n''est pas du tour 1 vrai systeme de sécurité. Donc la nous avions 1 piscine ouverte, avec la peur qu''1 enfant tombe dedans...pas tres cool. Alors 1 fois installé dans cette maison, je dois dire que la maison est tres tres sombre, si vous etes hors periode de grosses chaleur c''est 1 peu triste, la maison est vraiment petite, a 4 ça va mais a 6 je pense que c''est tres juste. En fait des qu''on passe la porte (qu''il faut tjs fermé a clé car pas de poignée), l''espace a vivre comprend la salle a manger, le salon (canapé pour 3 max. tres petit et tres pres de la tv, pas de veritable coin pour se pauser) et la cuisine donc sur les photos c''est pas tres clair. La salle de bain est correct mais avec le wc a l''interieur. Il n''y a qu''1 lit double ds 1 chambre, apres 2 chambres avec 2 lits simples et ds la 4 eme chambre c''est 1 lit simple. Sur l''annonce c''est pas ce qui était dit. La télévision n''est pas franchement utilisable car les chaines sont tts etrangeres (magreb, italie ) et de tres mauvaises qualité. Il y a aussi qquechose que nous avons regretté c''est le manque d''attentions a notre arrivée. On est arrivé le matin apres 12h de route, Antonia le savait, rien ds le frigo, meme pas du pain, beurre, café pour se faire 1 petit déjeuner...j''ai trouvé ça moyen. Pareil pour faire 1 lessive, aucun produit. Nous avons pu avoir la maison a 9h30 du matin, ce fut tres gentil mais j''ai l''impression qu''Antonia est assez carrée sur les horaires car le jour du départ elle était la a 10h pétantes, en vacances 11h serait plus adapté aux vacanciers. Pour terminer la nuit beaucoup de chiens aboient tres tres longtemps et tres fort, meme tt fermé ça s''entend. Il n''y a pas de vélos comme indiqué ds l''annonce. Voila je pense en résumé que le prix de la location est bien trop cher pour les prestations, dommage. Nous avons été plus au sud de l''andalousie ds 1 maison magnifique, au meme prix, les propriétaires avaient acheté du vin, café, lait, tarte aux pommes pour nous. Ds la salle de bain, il y avait tt ainsi que pour la machine a laver. Un petit panier ne coute pas tres cher mais par contre cela fait tres chaud au coeur qd on arrive et que l''on sent qu''on etait attendu. En tt cas c''est la 1ere fois qu''on va ds 1 location ou rien mais rien du tout etait ds la maison."
