Great location, terrible communication

The location of this property is wonderful, view is amazing! However, the communication with the property manager was subpar. We had a parking spot but no clear instructions on where to locate. We finally received a location map on the third day of our four night stay. Luckily we were able to park in a resident parking lot without incident. We also didn't get the wifi information until the third day. All of this could have been easily solved with an instruction and information manual typically found in VRBO rentals. The responses we were sent for the first three days we not helpful at all, IE: parking is located within 100 metres, how does that help? Also the corkscrew was broken, which is frustrating. We were given only four towels, there was four of us so a couple of spares would have been nice!However the unit itself was quite nice, but the communication must be improved

Worst property manager

Apartment is cute, but needs a paint job, new bed pedestals, and complete repair of its locks. With few small dollars, property can be a great spot. Property manager must go. Disaster people, zero communication, useless phone number as they don’t pick up and VM is full. They sent links that never worked. A nice neighbor showed us where we could park. Very stressful experience. Landlord and guests deserve better.

What a place! Simply amazing. We were in awe the moment we walked in. Phenomenal views. And spacious and beautiful apartment. And Carate Urio is perfection. Just be mindful of the long walk up to the property. But highly recommended, and I would book it again.
