Lovely apartament very well furnished composed of a day area with kitchenette and two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. One of the bedroom has a double bed, the other one has a single bed that can be converted in bunk bed. The flat has a large terrace that looks over the sea, with table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun beds. The apartment is part of an old country house completely restored in 2007 with bioarchitecture principles. The house is surrounded by a peaceful garden with olive trees and flowers. We are 5km from toll station of Lavagna (motorway Genova-La Spezia); 8km from the beach; 25 km from Portofino; 40 km from the Cinque Terre.
The apartment is soundproofed and features a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a flat-screen TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.
