Tive que trocar de quarto pois tudo muito velho e desgastado chuveiro sujo e torneira da pia quebrada, no terraço tudo muito feio . Minha sugestão é reformar os quartos pois tudo é muito velho, o ar condicionado não tinha controle remoto. As demais instalações muito bom, café da manhã com bastante variedades e comida no self service no almoço e jantar muito bom. Pretendo voltar mas vou reservar nos bangalos pois me falaram que é mais novo.

o check-in tem que ser feito as 17h nunca antes e o check-out 15h, tudo bem isso é normal em todos os hotéis, mas eles não permitiram utilizar as piscinas após esse horário, que estavam quase vazias (já sabemos o motivo) colchões de baixa qualidade o atendimento é bom e os funcionários são simpáticos cafe da manhã gostoso e variado

Hospedagem deixou a desejar pegamos o quarto rosa da mata q é um dia mais caros, lençóis manchados como se não tivessem sido lavados e o frigobar não deixava ninguém dormir de tanto barulho que fazia de tão velho e enferrujado. Banheiro começou a derreter os fios do chuveiro, no último dia viemos embora sem poder tomar banho pois acabou a água, Café da manhã já foi melhor em outras vezes mas dessa vez não abria no horário e ainda abria faltando várias coisas talvez por estarem trabalhando com poucos funcionários e a hospedagem cheia eles não davam conta. Tem q ser feito troca de tvs, ar condicionado e frigobar tem uns muito velhos e antigos

Apesar transtorno o local é bom

Ao chegar no quarto, constatamos um vazamento de esgoto no vaso sanitário. Comunicamos imediatamente a recepção que acionou a manutenção, que por sua vez ficou insistindo em consertar o vaso, mesmo com o quarto ocupado, até a noite seguinte, quando finalmente fomos trocados de quarto. Já havíamos ficado lá outras vezes, e gostamos, mas confesso que desta vez foi um pouco decepcionante. A manutenção está muito a desejar, tem muitos problemas de vazamento, ar condicionado quebrado, os colchões precisam ser trocados, etc. Um dos pontos positivos é a variedade de atrações. As crianças se divertem muito, o ambiente é espaçoso e a equipe é muito educada e prestativa. Apesar do transtorno do inicio da estadia, com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Sinceramente uma das piores hospedagem que tive o quarto com cheiro de mofo os atendentes despreparado para atendimento. Fora que check in é as 17h e informa que pode entrar e aproveitar porém as 17h já acabou toda parte de lazer. Tive que trocar de quarto três vezes pois me deram um quarto com aspecto de sujo e com cheiro de mofo quarto 106. Depois me deram um quarto que estava sujo cama sem arrumar. O café da manhã fraco e queijo com gosto de azedo. Fora que minha família pegou duas diárias nem se quer arrumaram o quarto ou trocaram as toalhas

Começando pela comida é selve service, criança até 5 anos paga 37,90 e acima independente da idade paga 45,00 ( poderia ter o sistema por kilo). E a comida fica descoberta e o local tem muita mosca. Bebedouro de água tem um em um local bem afastado e escuro fui achar no dia de ir embora. Na recepção não tem o bebedouro. Outro problema é a diária check-up as 17:00 e o checkout e as 15:00 , portando não completa a diária, no meu caso não completou as duas diárias.

Atendimento OK, café da manhã bom, mas usam margarina em vez de manteiga, e nao tem geleia ou mel; jantar gostoso e atende as necessidades. Limpeza dos quartos é que não é adequado, deveriam fazer todos os dias, o que nao ocorre. Piscina OK mas o bar da piscina fecha as 17hs, o que é ruim se a mesma fica aberta até as 21:00hs. O Tios para as brincadeiras são bem animados e fazem as crianças e adultos que queiram brincar também, muito bom.
