The Space: - Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests - 2 bedrooms & Loft- 4 Queen beds - 2 bathrooms - There are two reserved parking spots up a flight of stairs from the house. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ Drip & Keurig coffee maker - Living room - Patio with hot tub!
Note: - The loft has a low ceiling, so standing up is not possible. It's an ideal spot for lounging or sleeping but best suited for guests who are comfortable with a more snug and intimate setting. - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. - NO PETS - Down alternative pillows and comforter - Hot tub use and outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

It's an ideal spot for lounging or sleeping but best suited for guests who are comfortable with a more snug and intimate setting. - We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
