"Sandy Feet Retreat" is a modern, pet friendly (absolutely no cats please), 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 2 huge living areas. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The ground floor features 2 large bedrooms, bathroom (with a shower over the bath, a toilet and the laundry facilities) and a huge living area (with wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioning, 2 x ceiling fans, 55" smart TV and coonara wood heater) with its own kitchenette (built in bar, sink and bar fridge), making the downstairs area self-contained for family and friends.
Upstairs features a spacious light filled kitchen with cathedral ceilings and is central to a huge open plan dining/living area (with wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioning, 2 x ceiling fans and 65" smart TV), leading out to the large veranda/deck designed for the BBQ and alfresco dining. This level also has a further 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom (with shower and separate toilet).
Outdoor Areas
The large upstairs deck has a BBQ - great for entertaining. The fully enclosed yard is perfect for children and pets alike (please no cats due to serious allergy issues). There is a hot and cold outdoor shower as well as a swing set. The double drive through garage allows plenty of parking for cars and boats alike.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a Delonghi coffee machine (Nespresso compatible), toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, large fridge (plus bar fridge downstairs), integrated dishwasher, large electric oven and induction cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are 2 x wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners (1 in each living room), ceiling fans in both living rooms plus bedrooms 1 and 4, a coonara wood heater in the downstairs living room, 3 pedestal fans and 5 mobile heaters for use in the bedrooms.

Linen

What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

very impressed
We were very impressed with this place. The property was very clean and had very good communal spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and knives for cooking. The oven was a good sized oven and they had a good selection for the induction stove top. The property manager was also very communicative and very easy to organize things with.

Fantastic house
This house was just perfect for our family weekend away to celebrate my father’s 80th. With 12 people and 1 dog we had more than enough space. The house was a great size and was clean and open.
Close to shops and beaches.
The weather wasn’t the best but the house had everything we needed to stay indoors and enjoy each others company. We all agreed it was a great house and we would love to come again but maybe a little longer next .

Great space and location!
The space was great especially the upstairs living area. Very spacious and open. Big couch, table, bench and outdoor balcony to accommodate our group of 12. Location was also nice, short walk to the beach. The 3 in 1 sports table down stairs was a hit with everyone as we played all 3 (table tennis, pool table and air hockey). Communication with the owners was easy and there was plenty of information provided in the booklet.
Side note for parents with little ones, it was a great surprise but we didn't realise there were baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. It was good to have the peace of mind to let our little ones run around without having to stress about them potentially falling down.
Overall great stay, would recommend!
