Tuscan style holiday home with charm and breathtaking views

The detached, Tuscan-style house can be reached via its own small access road. The 320 square meter house, the very beautiful, ingrown garden, the lounge and grill corner as well as the salt water pool are spread over the 900 square meter area.
The entrance area, kitchen, dining and living room with terrace, guest toilet, bedroom and a large, modern bathroom as well as upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, TV room and a small office are located on two levels in the basement.
The highlight of the upper floor is the large terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of Gordon, False Bay, Table Mountain and Helderberg. The sunsets and the view over the wide bay will be remembered.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

Cape Winelands Villa

Beautiful Villa in the heart of the Western Cape Winelands, close to local shops and malls. With a pool, patio and balcony with amazing views of the mountains and ocean. Loads of areas to relax with two lounges, a dining area and external seating areas. With two and a half bathrooms there are enough amenities for the whole family! Loved our stay! :)

Es war hervorragend, noch besser als beschrieben!

Wir haben zu zweit 4 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war alles da, was man braucht und noch viel mehr!Wir werden es ganz bestimmt noch mal mieten.Die Lage in Somerset West ist sehr gut unddie deutsche Hausverwalterin war immer sofort erreichbar
