Good apartment, amenities could be slightly better

The apartment was very nice and spacious. A few things that would have made the stay more enjoyable: salt & pepper, better coffee than instant sachets (perhaps a small bag of ground coffee since there is a plunger), the super fast 250 mbps WiFi they advertised never worked for 8 days despite numerous follow ups, no cleaning service was offered, backup power for the electric garage door opener, as I got locked out of the apartment for 3.5 hours during load shedding, a lighter to light a braai (there is a Weber and a gas braai, but no way to light fires and the gas electric starter didn’t work), could’ve provided some soap for the dishwasher to avoid having to buy soap. The apartment is very close to Bikini beach and was big enough for the whole family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The furniture and all seamed brand new and nice.
